1999 Rebecca (Becky) Zak Living in: Vancouver, BC Occupation: Office Coordinator Bio: Hey All! What have I done since grad? Well I went to Uvic and got a degree in Pacific and Asian Studies, China concentration. I have spent most of my years as an ESL teacher and later I went to UBC for the teaching program but only completed a semester after discovering teaching high school wasn't for me. Now I'm taking a break from the teaching world and am the Office Coordinator for a company here in Vancouver called Modus. I have been to China three times, lived there twice. I started learning Mandarin in good 'ol MD and now can read it about as well as a Chinese 4th grader, and speak it at an intermediate level. Amazing the things that start basically as an elective in high school can shape so much of your future. Best of luck to you all.
